Fantastic for a summer BBQ, this low-fat alternative to an ice lolly will appeal to both children and adults alike - and it couldn’t be simpler. Halved bananas are put on sticks and placed in the freezer until you need them. Before you wish to serve, carefully melt some raw chocolate (either over a bain marie or gradually on a low setting in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds or so). Dip the frozen bananas in the melted raw chocolate and before it sets hard, sprinkle with the topping of your choice. Easy!
